At Chosen4Greater, we want you to love your faith-filled creations. If your item isn’t a perfect fit or doesn't bring you the comfort you expected, we are here to help make it right. We happily offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges:

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, brand-new condition.

• For Exchanges: Price must be less than or equal to your original item. (Must be a different size or color only). We will cover the shipping cost to send your new item out to you! (You cover the shipping price to return the original item).

• For Returns: A full refund of the purchase price will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or we made a mistake, please contact us immediately at Latanya@Chosen4greater.com with a photo, and once the photo is received, inspected, and approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

Pre-Order Shipping Policy:

What is a Pre-Order?

Many of our faith-filled creations are lovingly crafted in limited custom batches or made-to-order. When you place a pre-order, you are securing your item before it is officially produced and stocked.

Estimated Shipping Timelines:

• Production & Delivery: Pre-ordered items typically ship within 2–3 weeks from the date the pre-order window closes or your order is placed.

• Updates: We will send you an email to update you about your package and let you know when it will arrive.

Orders with Both In-Stock and Pre-Order Items: To keep shipping costs fair, if your order contains both an in-stock item and a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you need the in-stock item sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
